Marium joined Brandon Capital’s CUREator team as an Analyst in 2025
She brings a strong foundation in drug discovery and translational science, having previously worked as a Senior Scientist at Sygnature Discovery on multidisciplinary, client-focussed programmes spanning assay development, screening strategy, and cross-functional delivery. Marium has also developed early commercial and strategic experience through her work as a Commercial Strategy Analyst at Kesmalea Therapeutics, where she supported target feasibility assessments, landscape analysis and pipeline strategy.
Marium holds a Bachelor of Science (honours) and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham, with doctoral research focussed on anti-cancer drug discovery.
