Kate Groombridge

Kate joined Brandon Capital in 2015.
Kate has a broad range of legal experience, having worked as a litigator and as an advisory lawyer, both in-house and for a commercial law firm, and is admitted as a solicitor in Victoria, England & Wales and New Zealand.
Kate began her legal career working at Buddle Findlay, a leading commercial and public law firm in New Zealand, specialising in the fields of medical and employment law and commercial litigation. She then moved to London and worked at the Treasury Solicitors Office, working as a government lawyer, before moving again to Melbourne and to Brandon.
Kate has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology, from Victoria University, New Zealand. Kate is a member of the Australian Association of Corporate Counsel.
