He also held senior roles at Coller Capital in London as a Senior Finance Manager focusing on fund accounting and investment performance, and at Rest Industry Super where he served as Head of Operations and Head of Investment Capability, overseeing the finance and operations of the investment function.
Bringing 20 years’ experience across financial services in the UK and Australia, with expertise spanning venture capital, private equity and superannuation. Experience covers the full investment lifecycle—from start-up capital raising and scaling through to private equity execution—combined with an asset-owner perspective from working within a pension fund environment.

Dom has a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (University of Kwa-Zulu Natal) and is a Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
