Christina joined Brandon Capital in 2021.
Prior to this, Christina was a research officer and project lead at the University of Queensland. Christina has been successful in securing a Researcher Exchange and Development within Industry (REDI) Fellowship with the Brandon Capital team through The Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF), Australia’s sovereign wealth fund dedicated to supporting Australian health and medical research. Christina comes from extensive drug discovery and development experience in her role as project leader at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience, The University of Queensland. Working alongside Protagonist Therapeutics Pty Ltd (NASDAQ:PTGX), a global biotechnology company, Christina received unique insight into the impact of commercially driven research outcomes. In 2018, Christina completed the The Bridge Program which provided training to enable commercialisation. In 2019, Christina completed an internship with Brandon Capital Partners and then throughout 2020 was involved in assisting a start-up life science company, Kimaritec Pty Ltd.
Christina has a Bachelor of Biotechnology (Honours) and PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from The University of Queensland.
