Amanda leads CUREator and works closely with researchers, founders and emerging start-ups to accelerate the translation and commercialisation of breakthrough biomedical innovations. Since joining as part of the founding team, she has helped build a life sciences incubator that combines investor-style funding with hands-on strategic support, expert networks and capability building to advance high-potential opportunities toward key development milestones and investment readiness.
Prior to Brandon Capital, Amanda was a Clinical Scientist at QUE Oncology, a venture-backed clinical-stage company developing novel non-hormonal therapies for women suffering from hot flashes associated with menopause and hormonal cancer therapy. She worked across strategic planning, cross-functional project management, and the implementation of clinical and R&D activities, including support for a global Phase 2 clinical program across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a PhD in Developmental Biology from Monash University. In 2024, she was recognised with BioMelbourne Network’s Emerging Leadership Award.
