Aaron joined Brandon Capital in 2022.
Prior to joining Brandon Capital, Aaron was a Business Development Manager at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, where he drove the commercialisation of drugs, medical devices and digital health solutions across the life sciences sector.
Before transitioning into business development, Aaron held several postdoctoral roles at the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS) as a medicinal chemist, supporting the translation of drug discovery programs spanning cancer, infectious disease, heart disease and endocrine diseases disorders. He has also led research programs for global pharmaceutical company GSK and the US Defence Threat Reduction Agency.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Medicinal Chemistry (Honours) and a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, combining deep scientific expertise with a passion for turning bold ideas into real-world outcomes.
